Unlike all the other modules within Vision which are broken down by site, the Incidents Module is a stand-alone module, but it can be attached to any site, as you see fit. Without even logging into the system, people can record an incident or log a report.
Again, as with the other modules within Vision software, the Incidents Module is completely configurable to how you want this to look and respond. Again, this module is available to, and accessible on, every platform from ipads to mobile phones to desktop PC’s.
In recording an incident, you can also upload photographs, attach relevant documentation and certifications and this module will give you every aspect and angle associated to this event. Once recorded, you have the option to create a hardcopy report containing as much or as little of the information recorded or generated as you wish.
